With a strong background in the tech industry, including a successful exit from his first startup, Reg has a proven track record of taking ventures from concept to market and navigating the challenges of early-stage growth.

In addition to his role at StartxLabs, Reg owns and operates Ascendium Capital Partners, a corporate advisory firm that has raised over $400 million across the Asia-Pacific region. This dual expertise in both technology and finance gives him a unique perspective on building and scaling successful ventures.

Reg’s deep involvement in the tech ecosystem, with ownership stakes in more than thirty technology companies and board positions in several of them, keeps him closely connected to industry trends and innovations.
